Die Wohnung war für ein Wochenende vollkommen ausreichend. Auf den Bildern sieht sie jedoch deutlich moderner aus als sie tatsächlich ist.
Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut! Der Zugang zu dem Gebäude und der Wohnung ist etwas knifflig gerade weil der Aufzug nicht immer funktioniert.
Jederzeit gerne wieder!

l'appartamento ha degli spazi ben organizzati e in maniera molto essenziale ha tutto l'occorrente. l'host è stato reattivo e sempre veloce nella comunicazione.
l'ascensore è veramente un rebus e la maggior parte delle volte non funziona, purtroppo i lavori del cantiere ci hanno svegliato quasi tutte le mattine entro le 8.
il prezzo è effettivamente più basso della media e credo che questo sia il motivo.

Appartement bien situé, facile d'accès avec les transports en commun. L'équipement sur place est assez sommaire, il manque de condiments et autres... L'appartement sur les photos et celui dans lequel nous avons séjourné ne sont pas les mêmes bien que ressemblants (cuisine plus petite et plus ancienne)

Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis hat gestimmt :) der Baustellen Lärm, der im Profil angegeben ist, findet wirklich statt und ist zeitweise sehr früh sehr laut.

Myself and a friend had a fabulous few days at Olof’s apartment in Stockholm. It was in a great location - easy to get to all parts of the city. It was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The equipment in the kitchen was basic, but we ate out most of the time so didn’t matter. Olof was very communicative throughout the trip and quick to respond. There was a bit of building going on outside the flat which started early but it really didn’t spoil our visit. A minor point - although the instructions were very clear on getting to the apartment, it might be helpful to include how you get the lift down again.
All in all, we would recommend the place and would be more than happy to stay again.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
