A really lovely, spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic sauna and relaxation area. Smooth and clear communication from check-in to check-out. Will most likely come back again.

Good location, very nice apartment.The "host" is another rental platform and its employees, guestit.NB! To rent, it is required to register your personal data and also authenticate yourself there, and sign a rental agreement using their platform.

1. To complete your booking, we may request additional valid government-issued photo ID and/or other information.
2. Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay in the home. No parties, and no overnight visitors without the host’s approval. An entry camera and a noise monitor are used to help ensure compliance. If rules are violated, security may be called and the cost (approx. SEK 3,200) will be charged to your booking.
5. Treat the home and the surrounding area with respect.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal items left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance. Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost keys: SEK 200 for key/service; SEK 400 for lock replacement.
10. Check-out instructions: Wash dishes and return used kitchen items/dishes to their places, sort trash and recycling, and place used bed linens and towels together by the entrance. Fees for non-compliance: SEK 200 per unwashed item/load of dishes; SEK 200 if linens/towels are not gathered; any additional cleaning will be charged separately.
By accepting and signing, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
