An amazing stay! Before we even arrived, communication was frequent and response times were very fast. The space itself was gorgeous and very comfortable. The neighborhood had so much available to do and restaurants were within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!

This Södermalm flat is right around the corner from shops, bars, cafes, and a metro station. It was very clean and had a good kitchen.

Our family of 3 had a truly fantastic three-night stay at this Stockholm apartment in Sodermalm! The space itself was impeccably clean, spacious and thoughtfully stocked with all kitchen utensils and toiletries we could possibly need. The location is an absolute 10/10. It’s an easy walk to two different metro stations (slussen and Medborgarplatsen) and right next to a lively street with some of the best restaurants and bars in the area. What amazed us the most, however, was the peace and quiet. Despite being so close to a bustling weekend hub, the apartment is tucked away in a surprisingly private spot—with minimal street noise, even over the busy weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
