Nice apartment in a pleasant neighborhood, ideal for 3 people and easy to reach from central Stockholm.
But the host’s long list of strict rules and threat of fines felt excessive—especially when the apartment wasn’t fully prepared (missing beds on arrival). It took 90 minutes to resolve, making us late for dinner. At checkout, I was told to bring all linens and trash to the front door, which felt a bit petty. If guests are expected to follow such detailed rules, the host should meet that same standard. The experience lacked balance.
My advice to the host: worry less about policing guests, and more about delivering a seamless stay. On a positive note, the person who came to help that night was a total professional—please take good care of him ✿

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, schön viel Sonne im Wohnzimmer, kein Schlüssel, den man verlieren kann durch Zahlencodes am Schloss, Treppenhaus und Wohnung sauber, leider war das zweite Bett nicht vollständig bezogen, deshalb kann ich leider nicht alle Sterne bei der Bewertung geben, was sehr schade ist. Ansonsten war aber alles prima: eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, die ich weiter empfehlen kann.

Very nice apartment, clean, luminous, well-equipped, with a nice view as well. Neighbourhood very quiet and safe, very close to metro and bus station, walking distance to ferry line 80 and down-town Stockholm. Several supermarkets, cafés and restaurants around as well. I would personally prefer larger beds, but that didn't cause us any problem. Elias and his team responded to all our questions quickly and effectively. It was generally pretty comfortable and we happily recommend it.

House rules
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
