The apartment was clean. One bedroom had a large double bed, and the other unfortunately had only a 140 cm bed, which we weren’t aware of beforehand.

We had an amazing stay in Östermalm! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the place itself was incredibly comfortable, clean, and beautifully styled. Elias was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Highly recommend staying here!

A Swedish dream for our family! The flat was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is incredible—the public transport here is magical, getting us to all the main attractions in no time at all. The local playgrounds were a huge highlight for us; they are so creative and fun, they truly felt like stepping right into the magical world of Astrid Lindgren. We highly recommend this place for families!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
