Lovely, cozy apartment in a very quiet neighborhood with apartment buildings. There’s a small supermarket nearby. The bus is almost right outside the door, and the metro is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has everything you need. Easy check-in with codes, and there’s also an elevator. Great communication with the host — they respond very quickly and kindly. Definitely recommended if you want to explore Stockholm but prefer not to stay in the busy city center.

Whilst the location is great, the flat was very dirty upon arrival. The flat is very tatty and needs maintenance, new beds, new blinds, and a new sofa would be a good start. The flat is managed by a remote management company and they were responsive to my complaints but I needed to engage Airbnb support team to resolve my issues.Unfortunately the flat did significantly detract from our stay, which was a shame as Stockholm and the area were very nice

Good place to stay, with 2 rooms and two beds. The bathroom is small but nice. The kitchen is suitably equipped for a few days. Overall, it’s a good stay and it looks like in the photos, though it has clearly been used quite a bit.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
