We loved staying in Frederik's one bedroom apartment in the Södermalm neighborhood! There were three of us, and Frederik had already pulled out the sofa bed and made it up before we arrived. The sofa bed was unexpectedly large and comfy and we had more than enough space. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment, the building, and the surrounding areas were super cute. This neighborhood is very walkable with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops and not far from bus/train stops. Frederik was very proactive with communicating and provided ample instructions and the guest/key app was easy to use.

Great location and a beautiful old apartment. Unable to have an additional adult stay for one night without paying for them for the whole stay which was disappointing. Also had issues with the parakey app as it reset all of the keys and I couldn’t open the front door or the apartment door without reconnecting to wifi. A number of apartments in this building are air b&b and i encountered multiple people having issues with the app. Once it was up and running it was fine. The wifi was very patchy, only worked about 20% of the time, the host Fredrik did offer to send out a technician but we opted to use eSIM instead. The TV was outdated and didn’t support apps or have many channels so keep this in mind if you like to wind down in the evening with some TV!The place is beautiful, a good size for 2 adults and a toddler, comfy beds and great shower.

The apartment is very nice and has a well-equipped kitchen (with an excellent coffee machine). It’s very bright, and the bathroom is on the small side.The area is quiet and well connected by public transport to the main tourist spots.Check-in and check-out times are quite strict.

Great place for our family of three. The apartment was super clean. Really loved the high-end Jura coffee machine.Location is very practical. Coop and ICA are nearby for groceries. Bus stops are a block or two away, making it simple to get anywhere in the city (paid by phone, no tickets to buy ahead of time). Hermans restaurant nearby has great food and amazing views across the water.Only minor con: the floors are a bit squeaky. Didn't bother us much. Highly recommend!

Great location and a helpful host—easy to find and get around from. The apartment was clean, well looked after, and had everything we needed. The sofa bed was unfortunately quite firm; I’d suggest adding a mattress topper for extra comfort.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
