A lovely little house that suited my holiday perfectly. Clean and well kept (actually nicer than in the photos!) and it had everything I needed. I’ll happily book again if I get the chance!

Everything worked perfectly! We asked for an extra sheet for the sofa bed, and the cleaning team brought it within a couple of hours.We were very happy with the stay and with Kim’s quick responses!

House rules
1. After booking, you may be asked to provide additional ID and information.
2. Please be considerate of the neighbors and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay in the cabin. Parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors are not allowed without prior approval. The front door is monitored by a camera and noise levels are measured with a decibel meter. If these rules are violated, Securitas security will be called to the property (a fee of approx. SEK 3,000 will be charged).
5. Please treat the cabin and the neighbors with respect.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 200; lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. At check-out, all dishes must be cleaned, trash disposed of, and used towels and bed linens gathered and left by the entrance. If not followed, fees may apply: SEK 200 for dirty dishes, SEK 200 if linens/towels aren’t gathered, plus any additional costs for extra cleaning.
By booking, you agree to these house rules and terms. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
