The apartment has a very good location for a one week Stockholm visit, you can reach the metro and other public transports just before the house. More shops and restaurants are also really near. The kitchen has basic equipment, so you can prepare food also. The aparment was absotulety clean, you will like the beds if you prefer soft ones.

Andreas sent very detailed instructions but because we arrived late in the day with very tired children we made a bit of a mess of finding the right door to the apartments at first. Once inside, we tried several lockboxes before finding the right one - again, I think the instructions were clear enough but we weren't very good at following them.
The flat was nice, with the necessary amenities, and we made ourselves comfortably at home. Andreas was very good at communicating if we had any questions and we felt he cared about giving us the best experience.
We found several local shops and cafes useful - Princess Konditoriet serves very good decaf coffee, has lovely staff, and Burgers & Beer (we didn't have beer) was perfect for us with kids and had really lovely owner. About 15 mins walk.
Best of all was the multitude of transport options to get all over Stockholm, chiefly Metro (T) and tram. I recommend you learn all the tunnels under the railway station for easier walking.

Die Lage war viel besser, als wir erwartet haben: sehr gut erreichbar und angenehm. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist eher einfach. Der Balkon ist sehr angenehm. Eine Lampe hängt so, dass man sich den Kopf mit Leichtigkeit verletzen kann (ich bin 176 cm groß). Die Badezimmer ist alt und schlecht: nach dem Duschen ist immer alles nass gewesen. Eine Vorhangstange ist beim Versuch, den Vorhang zuzuziehen gleich runtergefallen. Die Betten sind gefühlsmäßig schmal, die Matrazen aber ok. Ganz am Anfang haben wir bezüglich des späten Check-Ins widersprüchliche Anweisungen bekommen, dann hat man doch alles geregelt. Im großen und ganzen waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Un bel appartement même si la vaiselle disponible était un peu juste pour 4 personnes.
L'appartement est difficile à trouver si on ne sait pas qu'il y a deux numéros 49 dans la rue .
Sinon , localisation parfaite pour visiter Stockholm et quartier agréable et calme .

Très bel appartement particulièrement bien situé juste à côté du métro dans un quartier très vivant. Parfait pour passer une semaine à Stockholm !

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It was clean and spacious enough for four people.
The neighborhood is pleasant and nice, shops and cafes nearby, many playgrounds for children.
It was very convenient to come from Arlanda airport, the bus basically stops in front of the house.
Would definitely stay there again!

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
