Nice and quiet apartment, perfect for 2 people. The space is well organized, warm and cozy (good for rainy days). Fredrik is a very kind host.

Lovely tiny well decorated apartment in a pleasant part of Stockholm. Ten minutes walking (a few flights of stairs) to the metro and easy access to the city. The neighborhood had lots of parks, cafes, little shops and things to do. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well decorated. The balcony was great for morning coffee and evening glass of wine as the sun set. Very nice stay.

The location of the place was good, and it was a good size for two people. However, the check-out time was quite early, and they come straight to your door, which felt a bit stressful.

We enjoyed staying at Fredrik's flat, which is very well accessible by subway (line 13) and buses. It's also clean and equipped with everything needed. The only thing that didn't work as planned was the toilet, which didn't flush properly and eventually clogged, leaving it unusable. Fredrik's reaction on how to solve the problem took longer than I expected. The issue was fixed by the end of day 3 of 4 but the communication could've been more proactive, since a working toilet is a basic necessity and dealing with a problem I didn't cause myself is quite frustrating. Relocation was not possible on short notice, but there was also no compensation offered. Given that Fredrik is a commercial host, the lacking quality of service during troubleshooting is a bit of a disappointment. I regret not being able to leave 5 stars. Everything else was fine though, so I would stay in one of his flats again.

A very nice, well equipped apartment in a quiet residential neighbourhood which is a quick subway ride into town or about a forty minute walk. I found the bedroom too small for me to stretch out in which is the only negative thing I have to say about the apartment which is otherwise a great place to stay for a quiet time in Stockholm.

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. I might ask for additional identification and information upon booking
3. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
8. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
9. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
10. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
