Clean and nice place next to Gärdet metro station (a little further than we expected), though you can access other parts of city easily by taking the metro. Check in and check out process were seamless and we had excellent communication with Fredrik. Many thanks.

We felt very comfortable here and had everything we needed. For us as a couple, it was perfect for a city break—you can also cook a meal and there’s plenty of space. Getting to the main train station is also quick and straightforward.

We truly enjoyed our time in Stockholm! The proximity to the metro stop was a huge benefit! Made travel to and from city center very convenient. The nearby park system was great to get outside.

Very nice location close to T metro and the host is very efficient in communication and helpful, the apartment has everything needed, the sofa bed mattress quality could be improved as i was struggling to sleep well the past days, other than that everything is perfect. Would love to stay again.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
