Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Olof. L’appartement est idéalement situé à proximité du métro, de boulangeries, supermarchés, restaurants et dans un quartier très agréable.
L’appartement est beau, propre, grand, idéal pour 4 personnes : le salon se transforme facilement en chambre et il reste la cuisine et l’entrée pour vivre et circuler.
Il est bien équipé pour cuisiner, la literie est confortable. il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer quelques jours.
Merci à Olof pour ses instructions claires pour l’arrivée et le départ.

Die Wohnung ist innert ca. 5 Minuten von der U-Bahnstation St. Eriksplan gut zu erreichen. Leider konnten wir nicht um 15 Uhr in die Wohnung rein. Uns wurde angeboten, dass wir die Koffer zumindest reinstellen können. Leider war das Haus und Wohnung verschlossen und niemand hat auf unser klingeln reagiert. Der Gastgeber hat reagiert, dies hätte aber schneller sein können. Wir standen für circa 40 Minuten vor dem Haus im Regen, weil wir nicht reinkonnten.
Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bilder und ist sehr geräumig. Leider fanden wir im Bett und im Bad Haare von vorherigen Gästen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung ok geputzt. Man hört leider die Nachbarn sehr gut.

Geräumige und schön eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage, die Haltestelle St. Eriksplan, von der auch Busse an den Flughafen fahren, ist in ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in mittels Schlüsselbox war unkompliziert und super flexibel. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war okey, aber hätte besser sein können (relativ wenig Besteck, etc). Für unseren Zweck war es aber in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation ist ziemlich unpersönlich, bei Problemen hätte man ein Formular ausfüllen sollen und die meisten Nachrichten die man bekommt sind automatisch generiert, auch merkt man der Wohnung an dass sie rein kommerziell genutzt wird. Wenn man also Kontakt zu Einheimischen oder dem Vermieter sucht, würde ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen, in jedem anderen Fall aber absolut!

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
