Väldigt vänlig ägare, boendet motsvarar beskrivningen, vilket gör pris/kvalitetsförhållandet berättigat. Ganska bra läge när det gäller transport (bokstavligen 10 minuter till tunnelbanan och 15-20 minuter med tunnelbana till centrum), trevligt läge vid vattnet som gör promenader ännu mer njutbara. Tydliga instruktioner och aktuell information gör att du kan vara helt självständig och slipper behovet av att ställa förtydligande frågor, även om ägaren självklart finns till hands för att ge ytterligare information om det behövs.

Våra förväntningar uppfylldes lätt av Elias, och beskrivningen samt bilderna av lägenheten stämde. Lägenheten var ren och hade allt vi behövde för vår stadsutflykt. När vi reste med våra tre barn behövde vi något ganska centralt och lättillgängligt, och den korta promenaden till Lilejeholmen Station var perfekt - om än en aning kall i februari.

Lägenheten är idealiskt belägen i Stockholm, med närhet till kollektivtrafik. Boendet har en mycket vacker utsikt över vattnet och är mycket väl utrustat. Området är mycket trevligt med butiker i närheten. Till skillnad från vad vi kunde läsa i andra recensioner är lägenheten väl uppvärmd och inbjudande, särskilt under den svenska vintern. Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
