Overall okay. The location is pretty good in a quiet neighborhood and the apartment is spacious. However, for the paid price I would’ve expected a cleaner apartment with better amenities. Basic things like hand soap in the kitchen were missing, and it felt like like costs were cut wherever possible, for example by providing very tiny uncomfortable pillows, or not leaving the bedding for the couch sofa at a ready spot. Also, for a high cleaning fee, one would expect certain stuff like rubbish disposal to be taken care of. The owner may identify some further points for improvement by spending some time in the apartment themselves, but I have the impression that there’s a large agency behind this listing…

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in einem modernen Hochhaus. Sie ist modern ausgestattet und hat alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Ein Supermarkt, eine sehr gute Pizzeria und weiter Gaststätten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die U-Bahn-Station ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war für uns (Familie mit zwei jugendlichen Kindern) der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Stockholm zu erkunden, aber auch entspannte Stunden in der Wohnung zu verbringen. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz, um Zeit gemeinsam zu vollbringen oder auch auf dem Balkon entspannt zu sitzen.

Leuk en mooi ingericht appartement, dicht bij een zwemplaats.
Dicht bij metro die je dadelijk naar het centrum brengt, te voet is het wat ver (voor ons kwam het neer op ongeveer 45 min enkel).

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
