The apartment is truly a gem – it feels like a winter wonderland. The large glass front offers a beautiful view when the weather allows, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Everything was spotless, communication with the host was excellent, and the entire stay worked out perfectly. We had read some mixed reviews beforehand, but based on our experience we can only highly recommend this place.

Flott beliggenhet. Kort kjøretur til Åre sentrum. Det går også buss til sentrum derfra som er det beste valget under Åre høstmarked. Sykkelparken i Bjørnen ligger ved sommerstid.
Leiligheten er utrolig pen og ligger enkelt til i forhold til ankomst.

Vi hade en toppenbra vecka hos Kim. Boendet ligger nära Björnen men om man har små barn är bil att rekommendera då det ligger en bit upp i backen. Allt finns tillgängligt förutom skåp till skidorna (vi hade dem i vår takbox, men det går bra att sätta på balkongen också).Det är otroligt bra utsikt över Åresjö och liftarna i Åre.

1. Keep the bathroom door closed to prevent steam from spreading throughout the apartment.
2. Always use the kitchen exhaust fan when cooking.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
