Maja ees ehitatakse uut maja ja hommikul peale kl 7:00 hakkas tohutu kolistamine õues, kes armastab kaua magada see koht ei sobi.Korteris oli külm kuna kütet polnud sisse pandud terves majas.Huvitav oli ka see, et süüa ei tohi korteris valmistada. Jalanõud on vaja väisukse juures ära võtta ning sokkis lähed lifti ja jalutad korterisse.

Le logement se situe à seulement 20-25 min de Stockholm.Le logement est fidèle à le description.Pour rentrer dedans il est nécessaire que le téléphone ait le NFC sinon vous ne pourrez pas ouvrir les portes.Nous avons rencontrés peu de personnes dans les espaces communs, c'est très calme !

Malheureusement je suis tombé à un moment de travaux sur le batiment à coté, commençant tôt le matin à 6h la semaine et en dessous de la fenêtre alors que l'annonce précisait un endroit calme...Autrement le logement est très cosy, efficace, bien placé près d'une gare, avec des communs confortables et bien agencés. Andreas est très réactif et aimable.

It was an amazing experience! Beautiful apartment, comfortable conditions. Easy to get to the center, good location. All questions were answered. We had no problems, except: there was no kettle in the room, which was inconvenient. Would love to live here again, thank you!

Modernt, fint och trevligt boende vid Roslagsbanan. Lite svårt med parkeringar i närheten men utöver det topp!

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
