L'host è molto cortese e veloce nelle risposte. L'appartamento si trova nelle vicinanze della stazione quindi molto comodo. L'alloggio è pulito, ordinato e minimale.

Jättebra! Vi ställde ut på mässan i Älvsjö och bodde här bara 10 min promenad från mässan. Allt var super. Det enda jag hade önskat var att den skulle funnits en TV. Alltid skönt att kunna koppla av efter en lång dag med lite TV tittande. Annars var allt perfekt!

Positive: almost every basic necessity is present (just no salt, pepper or sugar - now there is for the next guests and regretfully no washing machine).
Negative: Very spartan, empty, very IKEA and styled without inspiration. It is quite a hike from the commuter train station. Especially with suitcases. Our internet connection didn’t work when we entered and it took 1,5 day to fix. The led lights have a life of their own but work most of the time. There is no manual for the apartment so we needed to ask in the host how to get the dishwasher to work. The host is a professional one, so there is no real connection or love for the apartment. The list you have to work through before leaving is extensive and -again with no information- we couldn’t find the trash disposal.
Next time we are in Stockholm we’ll find another place. It’s not too bad, but I think one can easily do better.

House rules
1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
A) Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
