We had a really pleasant stay and the accommodation was lovely.It’s ideally located and very well connected, making it easy to get into Stockholm.The place was clean and tidy.The only small downside was the kitchen equipment: there was just about the bare minimum for two people, and the “Nespresso machine” that was advertised turned out to be a regular filter coffee maker, with no coffee provided.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The room was generally clean, check-in was easy, the area was quiet, the space felt recently renovated, and there was always plenty of hot water in the bathroom. There were, however, a few drawbacks. The location is on the outskirts of Sundbyberg, so supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities are quite far away. Some of the kitchenware was not properly clean, the frying pan was very worn, and there were no basic cooking staples such as salt, pepper, or oil. I bought salt and oil myself and left them for future guests. The small windows do not block the morning light very well, making it difficult to sleep in. The entrance is also through the family’s parking area on a steep slope, which is inconvenient with wheeled luggage. Since the unit is part of a private family home but there is almost no interaction with the residents, the setup felt slightly awkward to me, although this may simply be personal preference.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
