Are is a seriously beautiful place, and Kim's apartment was perfectly positioned to take advantage of it. We didn't actually go there to Ski (which is probably rare) but it was amazing anyway. I think it would be _even better_ if you were skiing the place is set up with everything you would need including a drying cupboard, outside ski locker and sauna. Really good support throughout our stay, and the local restaurants were top class. I can recommend it without hesitation if you love the mountains.

A really cozy place to stay in Åre that has everything you need for a pleasant visit. Extra points for the large, spacious sauna. It’s within walking distance of everything, which is really convenient.

Hello,The whole process from checkin to stay was smooth. The Airbnb had very clear instructions regarding check-in/check-out, easy to find, and fast responses.Space was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Sauna was a plus. The place comfortably hosts 6 adults. I was worried it would be a long walk to the lifts, but it's an easy 15 min walk to VM6 lift system, from where you can access the whole mountain. The walk was doable even with tired snowboarding legs.The airbnb is also a 6 min walk to the train station and grocery shops.

Very nice location. Walking distance to almost everywhere and nice view to the Åre village and the slopes. Good, practical apartment. We had nice skiing holiday!

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
3. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
8. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
9. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
