Clean and new. All amenities were provided – towels, bed linen, etc. Very punctual and well-organized, though a slightly warmer, more flexible approach would have been appreciated. Otherwise, everything was great.

The apartment was very nice and tidy when we arrived. It was a short distance to the slopes, and within walking distance of the town center. There wasn’t any nearby parking where you could leave the car overnight, so it’s a good idea to plan your parking a bit before you arrive—but overall, a very good apartment.

A tastefully furnished apartment with a lovely view. Located very close to the VM8a lift. Perfect for skiing couples who prefer hitting the slopes rather than the nightlife.

Overall we enjoyed very much our stay here. The place is as seen on the photos. New and fresh. You will have all you need.
The location is close to the VM8:an chairlift and in that sense almost a ski-in ski-out. Just a short walk across the parking lot.
That is if you already have your own skis. If you need to rent your skis and do not have a car, which was our case, than you will need to take a taxi both when picking up and dropping the skis because the nearest bus stop is 10 mins walk down/up the hill along the road.
Other than that nothing to complain about just pure winter magic and a bit of luck with the weather is needed and we sure had it. 😊

1. We may request additional identification or information after booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV may be present in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (typically SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Charging electric vehicles on the property is prohibited unless EV charging has been explicitly included in the booking or separately arranged. Violations will result in a fee of at least SEK 1,500.
12. For properties where applicable, snow removal and ice control are not included. Guests may need to clear snow and/or treat icy surfaces around the accommodation as needed during their stay.
13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
