There were no forks or teaspoons, although there were cooking utensils like serving spoons, frying pans, and pots.The cabinet in the living room had broken doors—when you push it, it sinks in.When opening and closing the windows, it’s a good idea to be careful, as the glass could cut someone’s hand.The whole stairwell smells like a hospital.There’s no elevator in the building, and the host asks that guests take out the rubbish and wash the dishes when checking out.Also, when showering, dirt was coming loose from the bathroom grout.The only real plus was that we didn’t need to use a physical key.

Unfortunately, we didn’t like this place at all. The main issue is the six-lane road right in front of the balcony — the traffic noise is really hard to live with. The photos give a very different impression than what you experience in reality. The transport links are good, but the surrounding area isn’t very appealing. You’re surrounded by many vacant apartments. There still isn’t any cutlery either, even though others have already pointed this out. The check-in process was very professional and everything was clean. Even so, as a family we didn’t feel comfortable here.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
