Nice and comfortable place to stay. Very close to 3Arena where we attended a conference. Great to have a balcony in the summer heat.

Look at the photos then expect it to be much worse , badly decorated , filthy dirty windows near to the point of so noticeable , screws falling out of door handles , furniture looks like it came out of a bad second hand shop , sofa bed awful , balcony so dirty and rusted its best not to use it , this place looks to be presented by a company but its just below par in many ways , if i had had my wife and young daughter staying with me we would of left im so glad they was not with us , its like you would expect a 1980s eastern europe apartment , constant messages to the point of totally confusion , messaging about scams , the issues with not been given actual keys although it states keys will be in lock box , the fact there is no tv , the fact it has no aircon but if you open the window for air the noise from motorway is so so loud you struggle to talk to somebody in same room , 100% below average place needs renovating and brought into 2026 - in the end massively dissapointed

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
