A lovely, homey apartment in a beautiful setting. Just over a 10-minute walk to Bagarmossen metro station and shops, or an 18-minute walk to Skogskyrkogården metro station.

A very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated apartment. Located in a fantastic, super-quiet and beautiful area. About 15–20 minutes to T-Centralen and Gamla Stan, around 13 minutes to Södermalm, and just ten minutes to the Nacka nature reserve. I highly recommend staying here. Andrea was always responsive and answered any questions promptly. I would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the South of Stockholm. The place was clean, quiet, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to public transport, park. The host was kind, responsive, and made check-in very easy. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit!

House rules
1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
10. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
