Very nice and peaceful area/stay. Most cafes, bars and places to eat are in walkable distance. A few issues with house flies on arrival and throughout the stay. Heating for the appartment could be better, as it was pretty cold weather. Overall, a great stay and would recommend for a week's stay (or less).

The apartment was clean and ready for our arrival, and Olof communicated with us well and provided instructions promptly. However, the apartment is located above a doctor's office and the building feels very commercial and unsettling rather than residential. The bathroom and kitchen were a bit different than how they were represented in the photos (smaller and older) and one of the bedrooms is essentially just a bed in a windowless closet/room. For a quick stay, the apartment is clean and fine but would not recommend for a longer stay as it is not very homey.

Great place, in a good. location you get what you paid for. There were a few stains in the bathroom but nothing major and the building has a strange layout, in that it used to be a hospital of sorts which has been renovated into apartments. There are some very strict check out rules which need to be followed otherwise you're fined and a contract was needed to be signed ahead of staying in the property to agree to checkout rules. All on all, Olof was responsive and friendly and if I had to stay again I would.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
