Great stay in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of nice restaurants and bars, and a metro station just a short walk away. The arrival and departure procedures were straightforward and the automatic key made access easy. The bedrooms were spacious, although the bathroom was quite small.

Well proportioned, charming 2 bedroom apartment in the cool Vasastan neighbourhood, close to bakeries, bars and restaurants and yet super quiet at night (the bedrooms face an interior courtyard with trees). We got cinnnamon buns from Lillebrors next door every morning and went on runs around Kungsholmen just across the bridge. The property is professionally managed and clean. No microwave but otherwise a fully equipped kitchen. We had a good time staying here for 2 weeks with our two kids and would certainly come back.

Perfect for exploring the city for a couple of days!Pros:- Spacious appartement with character- Close to subway station (St. Eriksplan)- Around the corner is Rorstrandsgatan: a lively street with many cool restaurants and cafes (Tip: make sure you try some pastries at Lillibrors Bageri)Cons:- Small restroom (toilet)- Bathroom is outdated and could use an upgrade

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
