Pleasant place at first glance—well located and quiet, with comfortable beds—but there were quite a few inconveniences. The host required us to submit our contact details and passport on a website outside Airbnb, then download another app to open the door (with fairly complicated steps). There was no in-person welcome.A lot of items were damaged: light bulbs, a bedside lamp, doors that wouldn’t close (including a bathroom door with no internal lock), a curtain rod that kept coming loose, and a wardrobe missing a door. The kitchen is spacious but not very well equipped for cooking (no decent knives, a faulty coffee maker, etc.). The toilet is extremely small (someone who is 1.85m tall can’t sit comfortably!), and the shower room is just as tight—no shower enclosure and no towel rack, and nowhere to put clothes. Just a small bathtub to step over, and it didn’t seem securely fixed to the wall. I’ve been using Airbnb for over 15 years and this is my first major disappointment. The price is still very high. Not recommended for more than 4 people.

Right around the corner from many restaurants and the subway. Clean, plenty of room, really enjoyed our stay. Also, the bakery up the street is the best in Stockholm, according to a local. Who the heck knows, but it WAS very good!

We loved this apartment! It was in a nice quiet neighborhood, there were various food options nearby, the apartment was beautiful, spacious and comfortable! We would stay here again!

Great location, although it’s a bit far from the city center, it’s still very well connected. The area is really pleasant, with plenty of nice options for lunch and dinner. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and communication with Andreas was smooth throughout.

Terrible value for money. Avoid.This felt like a poorly managed serviced apartment rather than a true Airbnb. Basic necessities were completely missing: none of the doors (including the bathroom) had locks or latches, there was no coffee maker, and the WC was incredibly cramped and difficult to use. There was also no ramp, making luggage transport a hassle.The host was entirely unaccommodating. When I asked to drop off my bags early—since I was already in the city—he refused and sent a long paragraph pushing me to pay hefty fees for "express cleaning" and early check-in. Late checkout is also overpriced.To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. When I messaged the host, he was unavailable; a co-host responded but failed to fix the internet for my entire stay.If you are staying in Stockholm, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I highly recommend Jesper’s Airbnb in Södermalm instead—it was way better and actually felt like a welcoming home.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
