It was an absolute pleasure staying at Andrea’s apartment.
The place was spotless, communication was quick and easy, and having parking right outside the door made everything super convenient. Andrea was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
We wish the toilet would be bigger though😆🤷🏽
We had a great experience and would definitely love to stay here again!

I had a beautiful 3-week stay in this stunning apartment!It’s located on what’s probably the best street in Vasastan—just a 1-minute walk to the subway, steps from Lillebror (the best bakery in town), and surrounded by amazing restaurants with a great vibe.The apartment itself is bright, clean, and beautifully styled with that iconic Swedish touch.Highly recommend staying here!

Me and my friends had terrible experience on the last night of the stay, on which we’ve been locked outside the apartment due to an issue with the digital key provided by Andreas. While we were outside (for 3 hours in the middle of the night), the host did not respond to our numerous messages, forcing us to contact the Airbnb customer support, which have been supportive to us but obviously could not help us in that situation (the door only opens with a digital key which, hopefully by mistake, had an expire time 7 hours before the check-out time).The house was good but were missing blankets/linen when we did the check-in ( brought to the apartment the second day of the stay by the house-keeping).Due to this experience, that I do not wish to anyone, I’m not going to promote to booking with the housing rental agency (Guestit) which operates on Airbnb.

The apartment is very clean and tidy.The host was concerned that we might feel cold at night (early February), but in reality the apartment is always warm and comfortable.It is very easy to come and go, and the area is very convenient, full of useful services, and just a 2-minute walk from the metro entrance. I would definitely come back.

House rules
1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
A) Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
