We had a really good time. The apartment looks like in the pictures and everything was very clean. It was a good base for exploring the city and good to reach from the airport.

Quiet location and easy to get to. The apartment was clean and spacious. However, we noticed that the bed sheets and towels had some stains, which was a bit bothersome. Otherwise, everything was very good. I would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Solna. The area is quiet and close to the metro, which takes you to central Stockholm in about 20 minutes—very convenient! If we come back to Stockholm, we’ll gladly stay here again. Thank you, Andreas, also for all the help and practical support.

Amazing accommodation, we really enjoyed our three nights here. Stayed here to see The Weeknd at Strawberry Arena and the short walking distance to get there felt so luxurious. The Mall of Scandinavia also being so close to you was amazing.The apartment was nicely decorated and the beds (even the sofa bed) were excellent. The only thing we wished was a little bigger/more modern would be the bathroom, but it was manageable. Quiet neighbours and neighbourhood and great kitchen utensils!Communication by the host left you with no questions and the host seemed friendly, even though the messages were automated. Clear check-in and check-out instructions.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
