Centrally located apartment with great amenities, close to the metro and bus. The only minor downside was that showering was a bit tricky since the shower head couldn’t be mounted. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen.

This apartment was located in a safe and easy to access location. Close to subway and buses. We were able to use public transportation to and from the airport as well. Felt very safe. The apartment was spacious- plenty of room for me, my husband and our 2 college age children to stay and sleep. Very quiet apartment. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Temperature in the apartment was comfortable. The system for unlocking the doors is a bit cumbersome, but worked fine once you get the hang of it. There are fewer power outlets than we are used to in the US, but enough to function fine. The apartment has elevated thresholds, and varying floor heights, so it might be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Very close to the city center, with convenient transport, and it felt very safe. There are three rooms and it can actually accommodate up to six adults. Overall, it was really great—however, there is only one shower room. Also, it’s easy to end up at the wrong address, so I’d recommend double-checking that 65A is the building in the back, not the first one you reach when you walk in.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
