We were happy with everything! The place was definitely cleaned well. The only thing should be aware of is that we were coughing and sneezing a lot. Probably there are some dust mites there (this is an assumption on my part but we weren’t there during allergy season and had no problems outside of the flat)

Our stay at Elias’s apartment was acceptable, but not great.We cant comment on the apartment advertised as we were switched due to a leak. Appreciate that this is outside of the hosts control, however the apartment we switched to was not amazing. Despite this and being spammed with long AI messages about extra fees associated early check in/ late check out, we still arrived with an open mind but were greeted with a very musty damp smell and had to air out the apartment. In addition to this, the bed was also sloped and did not have any sheets on the cover when we arrived.None of these issues were major on their own, but combined made for a slightly disappointing experience. That being said, the apartment was in a great location and we still enjoyed our trip to Gothenburg overall.

Great place to stay and a great location. Clean apartment and the friendly neighborhood cat (belongs to someone in the area, has a collar) likes to say hello if you leave the window open hahaha!

Place was awesome and I loved the fact it was in the old style courtyard buildings, I wasn't expecting it when I booked but it was a very nice vibe! Easy metro access to the city centre as well but just outside to have a more peaceful time.

Really great place to stay, with smooth and friendly communication with the host! The accommodation is very central and close to most things in the city. Surrounded by nice restaurants and a lively cultural scene.

Great location—highly recommended to have breakfast at the Kampanilen pastry shop just across the street.Overall, it’s a lovely apartment.As is already known, quite a few of the sharp-edged mosaic tiles on the shower floor are coming loose.The kitchen pull-out bin’s door panel is coming loose on one side, and the light in the bathroom mirror isn’t working, but these are minor issues overall.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
