Well-located accommodation in Gothenburg, very close to public transport. Everything was functional and clean. You can hear the tram a little, but it didn’t bother us. I recommend it.

Elias’s accommodation was truly beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. We had a wonderful and pleasant time and especially enjoyed a holiday with plenty of peace and nice activities. Thanks to the property’s central location, we were very flexible each day and could plan our days exactly as we wanted. We can highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely book it again.

We noticed a few loose tiles in the shower and one of us cut their foot, but otherwise everything was superb! Highly recommended!

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in: From 16:00 onwards. Check-out: No later than 10:00 (unless express cleaning and alternate times are pre-approved).
4. Only registered guests (listed in the check-in form or approved in writing) are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors will incur a charge of 500 SEK/night/person or may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Always communicate with us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
5. No parties or events: To enforce this, CCTV is installed in common areas (not inside the apartment), along with a noise and smoke monitor. Violations will lead to security intervention at your expense (~SEK 3,000).
6. Please treat the home with care. Be mindful of our neighbors—they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, by windows, on balconies, in the courtyard, or within 20 meters of the building entrance. Violations will be charged SEK 5,000.
10. Please handle the keys with care. If lost, a minimum fee of SEK 2,000 applies. If a lock replacement is required, the cost is SEK 4,000.
