Nice rental apartment with a great location in Stigberget. We booked just a couple of days in advance and everything was ready, as it’s clearly a place set up for guests rather than a private home. The apartment is a bit worn from frequent use, and the bathroom had a noticeable drain smell, but the kitchen is well equipped and the place was otherwise clean. Overall, a good stay.

It was a pleasant space and a comfortable stay—spacious, too. It was also nice that you can sit in the courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet, yet still has enough life nearby. The check-in was a little unclear at first, as we received a lot of information by email and it was easy to lose track. I assume this is automated, which has both pros and cons. In the end, though, the host was friendly and helpful. Recommended.

We had a wonderful holiday here! The place met our expectations, and despite the central location, the surroundings were peaceful. Highly recommend it — we’d happily come back again!

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
