We had an excellent stay!It was quite quiet in the evenings, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. Public transport is right nearby! There’s a small local café close by, a supermarket for groceries, and a pizzeria in a really beautiful building—with a rooftop where you can enjoy a drink in the sun at the end of the day. The place is full of charm and matched the photos exactly.

The apartment is in a very good location, but it’s not as fancy as the pictures look. It’s a very old house. The WiFi doesn’t work and neither does the jacuzzi. The host didn’t have any clue on how it to make it work either, seems like he hasn’t been here. The kitchen is very tiny, but is equipped with a lot of good stuff - except for plates and bowls to eat in, which was a little annoying. We had to buy paper plates. The kitchen window also can’t be opened which made the fire alarm go off while cooking.

One of my worst stays of all time. The host didn’t have a clue about the codes to the locks. The host doesn’t seem to have any connection to or knowledge about the place. We were left on the street locked out for hours. It was freezing cold and the rain was pouring. A lot of our luggage was damaged or destroyed.In the end the whole trip was wasted. Stay away from this host!

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in: From 16:00 onwards. Check-out: No later than 10:00 (unless express cleaning and alternate times are pre-approved).
4. Only registered guests (listed in the check-in form or approved in writing) are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors will incur a charge of 500 SEK/night/person or may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Always communicate with us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
5. No parties or events: To enforce this, CCTV is installed in common areas (not inside the apartment), along with a noise and smoke monitor. Violations will lead to security intervention at your expense (~SEK 3,000).
6. Please treat the home with care. Be mindful of our neighbors—they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, by windows, on balconies, in the courtyard, or within 20 meters of the building entrance. Violations will be charged SEK 5,000.
10. Please handle the keys with care. If lost, a minimum fee of SEK 2,000 applies. If a lock replacement is required, the cost is SEK 4,000.
