A charming little apartment that unfortunately had a sewer-like smell, and the floors were quite noticeably slanted. There were two portable fan heaters that could be used to cool the room down in the evening, but for better effect it would probably be better to have regular fans instead.

The double bed is made up of two beds pushed together, so the hard bed frames in the middle don’t really make it comfortable to snuggle up. You can hear the street quite clearly. The building is old, but it’s disappointing that the inner panes of the double-glazed windows are basically just resting in the frames. The windows either don’t open at all or are very difficult to open.There are lots of small decorative side tables, but no proper table where two people can comfortably eat indoors. The fridge door tends to swing open by itself if you place a drink carton in the door (weight distribution). The shower is so low that you basically have to squat to shower. The kitchen isn’t very practically equipped—there are 10 forks but only one mug. The host sends an extremely high number of automated messages, and many services cost extra.Overall, it’s a place with a lot of potential and some nice touches, but unfortunately several things don’t feel very well thought out.

Everything was great except for an issue with the smell. When we walked through the front door, we were met with an intense smell of sewage, and that smell lasted most of our trip. We stayed for a week, and the smell lingered for 3-4 days. Otherwise it was a nice stay. :)

We had an excellent stay!It was quite quiet in the evenings, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. Public transport is right nearby! There’s a small local café close by, a supermarket for groceries, and a pizzeria in a really beautiful building—with a rooftop where you can enjoy a drink in the sun at the end of the day. The place is full of charm and matched the photos exactly.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
