Very charming, clean and welcoming! Great location and a very nice little outside sitting area. We had a great stay overall but there were some issues. The bedroom is on street level right next to the street which is busy with trams and traffic. There is a lot of noise and not insignificant vibrations.The bed is two narrow beds pushed together, which of course means a gap in the middle. The bathroom floor is made up of tiny mosaic tiles that unfortunately do not stay in the floor. There was a pile of little tiles in the corner and another pile in the bathroom cupboard, and more came loose just from walking in the floor.The lock of the gate didn’t function correctly, it got jammed every time we tried to lock it and an electronic voice kept hollering about the bolt jam until we managed to wiggle it loose. The host was helpful and answered without delay.

Overall, the place was good. The kitchen equipment could be a bit better, and the bedroom faces the street where the trams run. Unfortunately, the windows can’t be opened for fresh air, and some of the bathroom floor tiles are coming loose.Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend it for a stay with a child, but it works well as a simple place to sleep for a short stay. Communication with Elias was always friendly and responses were quick. We were even offered a small refund at the end.

Everything looks great in the photos, and the place really has the potential to match. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor doesn’t reflect what’s shown in the pictures.A lot of the small mosaic tiles are missing. The gaps are brown-stained and seem to be filled with dirt, and they’re hard to clean properly (the toilet is in the same area).Another major downside that isn’t obvious from the photos is that although there are windows, they’re screwed shut and can’t be opened. You can’t air the place out, so the air quality is quite poor. As a result, everything feels a bit grimy (not ideal for crawling children). During our stay, that impression was reinforced when we found dirty underwear under the bed.We might have viewed some of the issues differently if the host had engaged with our feedback and replied in a more personal, non-automated way (that was our impression). We’re still waiting for a response even two weeks after the stay.Overall, it was too expensive for what you get.

This place was great! Its in a very old building and the location is great. The bedroom is right next to the street with the tram which can be loud but its part of the charm. The tile floor in the bathroom is in rough shape, that would be my only feedback really. The space is super clean otherwise and has everything you could need. No TV I guess but in a city like Gothenburg you should be out and about anyways!

The location was great - right near the tram and Majorna bars and restaurants. We noticed some other guests were bothered by noise but we didn’t have a problem. It is an old building and we enjoyed the character that gave the apartment, but might not be what everyone is looking for.

4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
