Spacious and tastefully decorated historic apartment met our needs during our stay in Sweden. Great location in nice neighborhood within walking distance of public transportation , restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our needs.

This place is a short 7 mins downhill walk from Stigbergstorget tram station, and there is a grocery store right next to the station. When entering the unit, there is a short but steep staircase to enter, so it is something to take note when carrying large suitcase especially. As mentioned in other reviews, unfortunately the unit may give out slightly dirty/dusty vibes, maybe because the unit is apparently 200+ yrs old. Most windows are also screwed shut for some reason, making internal ventilation slightly lacking. We booked this place for 5 pax, but the sofa bed was not prepared for the 5th person. Fortunately, the unit is well stocked with basic amenities in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil) for light cooking and bathroom (soap, shampoo). Overall, still a good stay in Gothenburg.

Great location and access to public transport and 15 minute walk to popular Haga location and bar/restaurants. The property was spacious and presented extremely well. We were 3 and able to have a bed to ourselves and privacy during our stay.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
