The place is spacious and comfortable, in a very distinctive part of Gothenburg, close to the main public transport and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and other handy services. It has a very Nordic, original style that makes every room feel pleasant and welcoming. Communication with Elias was always quick and effective, also when sorting out a couple of small issues. I’d happily stay again and I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the city and the islands!

We loved the location - so much right here, and one the best bakery/cafes! Easy to get downtown on a tram or walking. The apartment was SUPER charming, spacious, and comfortable with so much history - built in 1790! A 5 star review would be deserved but there were quirks that they could easily fix, but based on some other reviews in the past, not a priority for them. We love old/funky/quirks (steeps stairs, sloped floors) but these things need work:1-window in bedroom won't shut so it's noisy and cold air blows in2- door handle in same bedroom falls off3- light bulbs missing, not batteries for the electric candles4-bed mattresses/springs are pretty awful, one sloped so much into center it's hard to stay apart. Also not an issue for us, but they should at least list that floors are VERY sloped in kitchen so people expect it. The owner is super corporate w/auto messages. Turn off. In general, feels like they are doing as little as possible, cheapest stuff, but still nice overall.

We enjoyed a short stay during our time in Gothenburg and appreciated the beautiful apartment as a home base to enjoy the sights of Gothenburg. Everything was walkable and easily accessible!

2. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in: From 16:00 onwards. Check-out: No later than 10:00 (unless express cleaning and alternate times are pre-approved).
4. Only registered guests (listed in the check-in form or approved in writing) are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors will incur a charge of 500 SEK/night/person or may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Always communicate with us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
5. No parties or events: To enforce this, CCTV is installed in common areas (not inside the apartment), along with a noise and smoke monitor. Violations will lead to security intervention at your expense (~SEK 3,000).
6. Please treat the home with care. Be mindful of our neighbors—they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, by windows, on balconies, in the courtyard, or within 20 meters of the building entrance. Violations will be charged SEK 5,000.
10. Please handle the keys with care. If lost, a minimum fee of SEK 2,000 applies. If a lock replacement is required, the cost is SEK 4,000.
