We thought the accommodation was really nice and very spacious. One thing that’s good to know, though, is that the floors felt quite slanted inside. It could also benefit from a general refresh, such as repainting the walls and updating the wallpaper. Other than that, it was very nice and also in a great location!

Very spacious apartment, easy to reach by public transport, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Lots of charm, including the fact that the house is quite slanted.

The apartment has a lot of potential and was spacious and bright, with large, comfortable rooms. However, it felt quite stuffy and could really benefit from a thorough cleaning. It wasn’t mentioned that most of the windows were screwed shut and impossible to open, which made the apartment very warm. The kitchen floor was extremely uneven, and many of the small mosaic tiles on the shower floor had come loose. Overall, the apartment seems to need more regular maintenance.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
