I can definitely see myself living there again. For four people, the apartment is a bit tight since the sofa bed takes up a large part of the room when unfolded. However, it’s definitely good value and fresh. Great location close to the cable car and the Tott lift.

Apartment with an excellent location featuring direct access to the Tott elevator and within walking distance to the square. Pontus was very quick in responding to all inquiries. The apartment could use a bit of maintenance, but it is of an acceptable standard for the price.

This is an ideal apartment for 2/3 people. 4 people are a bit too tight. Super cool with ski in ski out right to a lift. It was a bit challenging to cook at home, but it worked out, and there were pans and pots available for cooking. Super nice apartment for the price.

House rules
Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
