Simple and practical apartment that suited our needs during the Storsjø Cup. The apartment was clean and nice. There was a slight smell of smoke in the bathroom, possibly coming in through ventilation. It wasn’t made clear that parking wasn’t allowed outside the apartments, so we — and several others — received parking tickets. It would be important to inform guests about this and let them know where free parking is available. It was unfortunate to end up with an extra NOK 800 charge due to the lack of information.

Great location, good value, and a clean apartment. The amenities were excellent — the kitchen really had everything you could need, from cutting boards to a cheese slicer. Towels and bed linen were also provided, which felt like a great bonus for the price.Top location: about 10 minutes from ICA Maxi, and around 8 minutes to the ski trails and the ski stadium (about 13 minutes), where you also have access to changing rooms and a sauna.

Perfect location with a short walk to the shop and the biathlon stadium for us. Free parking. Clean and new, with comfortable beds to sleep in. Fresh pillows and duvets. Quiet and peaceful in the evening/night. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

HOUSE RULES
1. We may request additional identification or information after booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV may be present in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (typically SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Charging electric vehicles on the property is prohibited unless EV charging has been explicitly included in the booking or separately arranged. Violations will result in a fee of at least SEK 1,500.
12. For properties where applicable, snow removal and ice control are not included. Guests may need to clear snow and/or treat icy surfaces around the accommodation as needed during their stay.
13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
