I stayed for a few days because of a congress held at Stockholmsmässan and I was very happy with my stay. The place is well connected — you can get to Stockholmsmässan in under 15 minutes, or walk there in about 25 minutes through a lovely area with detached houses. It’s also easy to reach the city centre in a short time. On top of that, the check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and the apartment had everything you need for a short stay in Stockholm. Thank you for the hospitality.

A studio that’s perfect for a couple looking to explore Stockholm, with the metro very close by so it was easy to get around quickly. Clean and tidy. Nothing to complain about.

The place is conveniently located in between two T-bana stops within five minutes walk. It was very quiet and peaceful, I even saw a deer in front of the building one morning! The apartment is small but everything needed is there. It was very tidy and clean upon arrival. Thank you very much, it was great!

The accommodation is highly recommended. It has everything you need, and you can quickly get into the city centre by metro. Everything was clean. We’d definitely stay here again.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.

Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and the host won’t be paid.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.
