I recommend this place! It’s in a quiet area, and public transport is close by. The only small downside was that we weren’t given clear instructions on how to use the door lock. The lock was quite different from any place I’ve stayed before.

Overall, the accommodation was excellent. The location is ideal—set in a quiet area and very close to bus and metro stops (you can reach the city centre in about 20 minutes), as well as supermarkets and other places to eat. The apartment has everything you need; the only things missing in the kitchen were a small oven/toaster oven, some napkins, or a bit of paper/foil for packing a takeaway lunch.One small drawback: we found hair on the bathroom walls and on the headboard. Aside from that, cleanliness was fairly good. The bathroom is quite small and doesn’t have any shelves or surfaces to put things on. Overall, the apartment size is fine for up to two people who aren’t travelling with a lot of luggage.

The interior is thoughtfully and attractively designed. The amenities match the description, and it’s a pleasantly short walk to the subway.There are public parking spaces right outside the building (max 7 days in summer), but they’re not always available. The check-in is flexible and straightforward, though a bit unusual—you definitely need to read the instructions carefully.The photos make the place look a little brighter and more spacious than it feels in person. The walls are somewhat thin (it’s not a brand-new building). The bathroom has a slight musty smell; it is clean, but even with the door left open it doesn’t fully go away.Considering Stockholm prices, it’s still a recommended stay overall.

I highly recommend it. Quiet location, very comfortable bed, and it’s easy to get into Stockholm (about 20 minutes by metro to Gamla Stan). Shops and services nearby. Bright, pleasant, and practical studio.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
