Fredrik's place was very easy to access and we overall had no significant problems with our stay. A group of four can easily sleep well in the studio apartment, however, can feel cramped at times. Nonetheless, we loved our stay in Stockholm and believe his place is very affordable for Sweden's standards.

Would 100% come back to this place, amazing location to walk into central or to the surrounding parks and woodlands and to the local supermarkets. The place was homey and clean and had everything we needed for the trip. Excellent host, great communication and instructions! Thank you!

We stayed 7 days in Frederik’s apartment. It’s very close to a bus stop and a metro station. The apartment was clean and small, but perfectly sufficient for us. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need for everyday use.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.

Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and the host won’t be paid.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.
