House rules
1. After booking, we’ll need additional ID details and a bit more information.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without the host’s approval. There is a camera at the entrance and an indoor sound/decibel monitor. If rules are broken, Securitas (security company) will be called and the booking will be charged approx. SEK 3,000.
5. Please be considerate and treat the home and neighbors with respect.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for any personal items left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance (in accordance with Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost keys: SEK 2,000. Lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. At check-out: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels by the entrance. Fees for not following these instructions: SEK 200 for unwashed dishes; SEK 200 if used linens/towels aren’t placed out or if you don’t notify us, plus any additional cleaning costs.
By accepting/signing, you confirm that you agree to these rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
