The apartment is spacious, fairly new, and lovely. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the main tourist areas. We really liked the neighborhood—it felt genuinely Swedish and lived-in.Communication was almost entirely through automated bot messages. The apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4 pm (and if you want to check in earlier, you have to pay), and there was no apology. Instead, we were essentially advised to leave the apartment while the cleaner finished. After being up since 4 am with two small children, that felt a bit lacking in consideration. With bots, of course, there isn’t much sensitivity or empathy. And given the delayed check-in, no one offered a later check-out as a courtesy—we only received the automated message telling us to leave at 10 am.Also, they send you a tutorial to open and close the door. On the first day it took us 20 minutes to get it closed, and we ended up missing our tour. That’s the downside of the tech era—I still prefer a more human, warm approach.

Wonderful stay at Olof’s apartment for a work trip to Stockholm! The apartment is in a beautiful location, convenient to public transit and many restaurants. Bright, sunny space. Would return if I’m back in Stockholm!

We had a wonderful stay in Stockholm at this lovely place. The apartment is in a fantastic spot in Vasastan—quiet, yet still very central. The only thing is that the kitchen could benefit from a bit more, and more up-to-date, cooking equipment.

The host was great at communicating and always replied quickly. The place was in excellent condition and matched the listing. My friends and I had a really good stay, and we all agree we definitely got what we paid for—if not even more. The only small note is that the door lock mechanism was a bit confusing at first, but it was easy to understand after reading the instructions.

Spacious studio with a kitchen and living area, very clean. The bedding was comfortable, including the sofa bed. The apartment is bright and quiet. It’s really well located for easy access to public transport to get into the city centre and pretty much anywhere. Perfect overall. The only small thing is that a few more kitchen utensils would be helpful.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
