Great place to stay that’s close to the metro without the crowdedness of the city center. There were still nice bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance despite the quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for traveling families with the nearby parks. The digital key was easy to use and helpful so we didn’t have to hand off keys or worry about losing them.

The place was OK, but a bit far from the city center. The check in process was problematic, as the host only gave me the exact address a couple of hours after check in. I would not stay there again.

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. 

If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 

If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
