We had a great stay in Stockholm at Fredrik's place. We appreciated being in Östermalm area and a little outside of all the city center tourist spots. We also loved that the apartment had outdoor space for some fresh air and laundry, which we needed. Bedrooms were cozy, clean and comfortable and kitchen had everything you need (including a fancy coffee maker with coffee). Of note for others staying: we did end up walking most days to the more tourist parts of the city which is about 20 minutes away (but a very nice walk). There are also not a ton of restaurants nearby but enough to find something if you need (a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment).

Fredrik’s place was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to the metro on foot. The unit was relatively clean and had the amenities listed in the description. I will say that the apartment was not as upscale or modern as it appeared in photos and in the description. In all of our communications, we never directly received messages from Fredrik, as this listing is run by his company by way of automated messages. The one time during our stay that we had a question, we were in communication with a customer service representative, not the host. However, overall, we had a comfortable stay and the apartment functioned as needed. We appreciated the opportunity to stay here!

Fredrik’s apartment is a nice quiet place to stay in Stockholm. Proximity to the metro makes it the perfect balance between a relaxing vacation and having access to tourist attractions.

Great place to stay that’s close to the metro without the crowdedness of the city center. There were still nice bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance despite the quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for traveling families with the nearby parks. The digital key was easy to use and helpful so we didn’t have to hand off keys or worry about losing them.

The place was OK, but a bit far from the city center. The check in process was problematic, as the host only gave me the exact address a couple of hours after check in. I would not stay there again.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
