We had a very pleasant stay in this well-equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood, about a 5-minute walk from Duvbo metro.The apartment is well equipped and located in a small four-story building in a calm residential area of Sundbyberg. There are a few restaurants nearby, and a small grocery store right by Duvbo metro. Stockholm city center is easy to reach—around 15 minutes by metro from Duvbo to T-Centralen.The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The apartment also provided household essentials such as bed linens and towels, toilet paper, and shower gel, which was much appreciated.

The accommodation is spacious and bright. It’s a bit far from the city center, but the amenities make it worth it. I really liked the size of the apartment. There’s a large main room with a double bed and a bedside table, a sofa, a coffee table, a TV stand with a TV, and a fan next to it. Even though everything is in one room, it’s very comfortable, with large windows.When I went to open the windows, the curtains fell down on me. I think it would be better to have a safer curtain system. Luckily they’re light, so I wasn’t hurt.The kitchen is small but very well equipped. The bathroom is quite compact and there is a washing machine. Overall, the apartment was clean; I only noticed some grease marks on the upper kitchen cabinets.

Cozy and well-equipped, but limited by poor soundproofing, no storage space, and expensive transit to Stockholm The property was cozy and the bed was comfortable. A huge plus were the blinds, which did a fantastic job of keeping the room dark when the sun rose early in the morning. Having a TV in the room was great, and the location is quite convenient with a bus stop right in front of the building, where the bus 515 takes you to Stockholm’s city centre in about 30 minutes.We liked that we found a hair dryer and a bread toaster :)

Very comfortable, well equipped, and easy to get around from thanks to the Duvbo metro. Just like in the photos. Comfortable place with good bedding. Lovely kitchen that’s well equipped. You can get everywhere by metro — Duvbo station is about 15 minutes from T‑Centralen (just be careful not to mix it up with Vegagatan/Odenplan). Nearby shops: Käcks bakery, Willy:s supermarket on Esplanaden in Sundbyberg. There’s also a great fish restaurant, “Good Food”, close to Duvbo metro.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
