Lovely flat in a good location The flat was well located and had everything we needed for laundry, cooking and relaxing. The decoration was lovely. It was just warm enough for September but I'm afraid it will get colder after than that. I wish there had been more blankets. Also I wish there were more towels for a 5-day stay.

Comfortable, practical, and peaceful. The place is spacious, cozy, and bright.It has everything you need to feel at home for a few days.The location is great—the neighborhood is quiet and well connected to the rest of the city. Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like or that I think needs improving; it was excellent. If I had to suggest one small thing, it would be having some cooking oil available, since there’s already coffee, salt, sugar, and a few spices—so that’s the only thing.

The apartment was about an 8‑minute walk from the tram that takes you into the city, and you could reach the very center in around 13 minutes by tram. There was also a bus stop right across the building. It’s in a quiet, pleasant residential neighborhood that isn’t too busy. Grocery stores are within walking distance. The digital door entry makes check-in easy. The kitchen is well equipped for longer stays. The place was clean and exactly like the photos.One thing to keep in mind: be prepared for the weather, and note that the indoor temperature couldn’t really be raised above about 20–21°C.

A very convenient base for a city trip to Stockholm. There’s also a really pleasant atmosphere in the neighborhood around the apartment, so the walk to the metro or the shops was very enjoyable.The kitchen is also well equipped for people like us who enjoy cooking proper meals ourselves :)

The experience was impeccable — we never even needed to contact the staff for help. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in perfect working order, with everything essential for the stay, including brand-new sponges for doing the dishes.The connection to the city center is excellent, and you can get there in about 25 minutes. Sundbyberg is a less touristy area, which gives you a more authentic feel for everyday life in Sweden. There are plenty of cozy spots for a classic fika, as well as restaurants of every kind. The main supermarkets are just a short walk away (about 5 minutes) — I recommend ICA, which is very well organized and extremely well stocked.Thank you so much for the stay. I’d love to come back very soon — I left a little piece of my heart here.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
