Parking via Aimo Park was expensive.Apparently it was possible to park in a parking garage, but we didn’t get any information about that.

- Please be considerate: quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM (other times may be available for an extra fee).
- Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. Unregistered visitors will be charged SEK 500 per person, per night and may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
- No parties or events. CCTV is used in shared/common areas, and sound and smoke detectors are installed. Violations may incur a fee of around SEK 3,000.
- Please take care of the apartment and be respectful of the neighbors.
- No pets.
- We are not responsible for valuables left behind.
- No smoking indoors or within 20 meters (about 65 ft) of the entrance. Violations will be charged SEK 5,000.
- Please keep track of the keys. Lost keys are charged from SEK 2,000, up to SEK 4,000 if locks need to be changed.
- Before check-out: wash your dishes, take out the trash, and leave used towels and bed linen by the door. Extra cleaning may be charged.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
