The accommodation is modern, with furnishings just like in the photos, in very good condition and well located. The double bed is excellent, there’s a large bathroom, and the kitchen is very well equipped. There’s also enough space for three people. The living room can’t be fully darkened (the extra bed is in the living room). Friendly contact.

Wonderful apartment with great outdoor areas (terraces, sun loungers, hammock, BBQ) that we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy due to a lack of time…The apartment is opposite the metro, in a building whose interior is stunning and peaceful, with a café on the ground floor that’s just as lovely—and very good.The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and beautifully decorated.The host is very responsive and understanding.Highly recommended!

The place was great. Even tho we had 4 people staying we had room for everyone. Especially the view from rhe balcony was fantastic!

1. You may be asked to show additional ID to confirm your booking.
2. Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM (other times may sometimes be arranged for an additional fee).
4. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors will be charged SEK 500 per person, per night, or may result in immediate cancellation without a refund. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have visitors.
5. No parties or events. CCTV is used in shared areas, and sound/smoke detectors and monitoring systems are installed. Violations will be charged approx. SEK 3,000.
6. Please take good care of the apartment and be respectful of the neighbors.
7. No pets.
8. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
9. No smoking indoors, near open windows, on balconies, or within 20 meters (about 65 feet) of the entrance. Violations will be charged SEK 5,000.
10. Please take care of the keys. Lost keys are charged from SEK 2,000; lock replacement costs SEK 4,000.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
