We had a really lovely stay in a nice apartment that matched the description well. The location was excellent—close to the main square and within walking distance of most things.Unfortunately, check-in was a bit tricky at first because the key was missing, and the host’s phone number went to an overseas call center that didn’t speak Swedish. This meant we had to wait and spend some extra time getting it sorted.We also didn’t have any direct communication with the host. Instead, we received a lot of automated messages before and during our stay—often repeating the same information and including extra offers/upsells.Even so, everything worked well during the stay and overall we’re happy with the accommodation!

A very nice apartment at Torget in Åre, in a perfect location. Free parking in the garage. We didn’t hear any noise from the street. The apartment is well equipped; the only thing we missed was a corkscrew/bottle opener and some wine glasses—those are handy on a girls’ trip :) Would happily stay again.

The apartment is brand new (2025). The finish after construction was really neat and high quality. The interior is a calm, Scandinavian style. Compared to the photos, the apartment felt clearly more spacious.It’s located just a short walk from the slopes and the town square. You don’t need a car to get to restaurants, the grocery store, the slopes, or even the train station. That said, there is a very good and easy-to-use garage for the car. Because the property was so new, the parking space number wasn’t yet included in the apartment instructions. We found it out quickly, and it wasn’t an issue since the garage was almost empty. The neighbors were polite and pleasant.The apartment has everything you need and more. All appliances were new and worked perfectly. All equipment and furnishings are high quality and new. The only small thing we noticed was that the sauna was missing a ladle and bucket. We improvised a bit and still enjoyed a great sauna after a day on the slopes.The instructions we received and the communication were fast and efficient. Highly recommended!

1. We may request additional identification or information after booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV may be present in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (typically SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Charging electric vehicles on the property is prohibited unless EV charging has been explicitly included in the booking or separately arranged. Violations will result in a fee of at least SEK 1,500.
12. For properties where applicable, snow removal and ice control are not included. Guests may need to clear snow and/or treat icy surfaces around the accommodation as needed during their stay.
13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
