HOUSE RULES
1. Verification: We may request additional ID and information during the booking process to confirm your details.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM to ensure a comfortable stay for all residents.
3. Check-in / check-out: Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM (unless express cleaning and different times have been approved in advance).
4. Registered guests only: Only registered guests (listed in the check-in form or approved in writing) may stay in the property. Unregistered guests will be charged SEK 500 per person, per night and may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Please always let us know in advance if you plan to have visitors.
5. No parties or events: To help enforce this, CCTV is used in common areas only (never inside the apartment/house), along with noise and smoke detection/monitoring. Violations may require a security call-out at your expense (approx. SEK 3,000).
6. Respect the home and neighbors: Please take good care of the property and be considerate of neighbors.
7. No pets.
8. Left-behind items: The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
9. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, by windows, on the balcony, in the courtyard, or within 20 meters of the entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
10. Keys: Please handle keys carefully. Lost keys incur a replacement fee from SEK 2,000.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
