I stayed here on a business trip. The apartment matches the photos and is very well located in Stockholm. However, in my view it doesn’t quite justify the high price.When I arrived, the bathroom sink was clogged and there were still a few hairs left in the shower area from the previous guest. I reported both issues to the manager, who responded quickly and arranged for a plumber to fix the sink the next morning.The bathroom is very small, and there’s no shower screen or curtain. The bed in the bedroom creaked with every movement, and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.On the plus side, the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and make a coffee, which I really appreciated. Overall I’d recommend it, but there’s room for improvement either in the price or the level of amenities/services provided.Finally, the online check-in procedure is quite strict, and having to share personal information and ID documents on a website didn’t feel very reassuring.

Looks just like the pictures. GREAT location! The bedroom could use a rug, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Also the place was not deep cleaned prior to my arrival as there were little hairs everywhere in the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom is also very, very small.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.

If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
