We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the accommodation. Everything was exactly as described, everything worked well, and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The view from the terrace is absolutely amazing! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed.We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! The only small thing that could perhaps be improved is the number of automated messages before and during the stay — there were quite a lot of them. But this is only a minor detail and did not affect our experience.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing before arrival. Unregistered visitors are subject to a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in cancellation of the reservation. Please contact us in advance if you plan to have someone visit.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (typically SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
8. Smoking is not permitted indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, or within 20 metres of the building. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. Cleaning is included, but guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonable condition. If additional cleaning is required due to excessive dirt or unusual soiling, the cost will be charged to the guest.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Charging electric vehicles on the property is only permitted where EV charging is included in the booking or has been arranged separately. A fee of at least SEK 1,500 may apply if charging is carried out without permission.
12. Snow removal and ice control are not included. Guests may need to clear snow and/or treat icy surfaces around the accommodation as needed during their stay.
13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
14. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
