The property is conveniently located near public transportation, and it takes approximately one hour to reach the city center on foot. The check-in process was easy and straightforward. Bed was nice and clean sheets. The apartment appeared to lack regular maintenance in a few areas. In addition, providing some basic essentials such as a small carton of milk for arriving guests would have been a nice touch and would have made the stay more welcoming.One thing to note is that the apartment can be a bit noisy, as there is a highway directly behind the building. If you are sensitive to noise or are a light sleeper, this is something worth considering before booking.

We were three friends visiting Stockholm to explore the city. Andreas welcomed us very warmly. The apartment is spacious. If we come back, we won’t hesitate to stay here again!

The apartment is very close to the metro, which is really convenient. It was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

2. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in: From 16:00 onwards. Check-out: No later than 10:00 (unless express cleaning and alternate times are pre-approved).
4. Only registered guests (listed in the check-in form or approved in writing) are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors will incur a charge of 500 SEK/night/person or may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Always communicate with us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
5. No parties or events: To enforce this, CCTV is installed in common areas (not inside the apartment), along with a noise and smoke monitor. Violations will lead to security intervention at your expense (~SEK 3,000).
6. Please treat the home with care. Be mindful of our neighbors—they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, by windows, on balconies, in the courtyard, or within 20 meters of the building entrance. Violations will be charged SEK 5,000.
10. Please handle the keys with care. If lost, a minimum fee of SEK 2,000 applies. If a lock replacement is required, the cost is SEK 4,000.
