The pictures of the apartment are accurate, and the place was very clean. The kitchen is relatively spacious. However, there were a few downsides to the accommodation for us:- Entry is only possible via an app (using Bluetooth). This means your smartphone absolutely cannot run out of battery after a day of walking around Stockholm.- The apartment is small; ideal for a couple, but very cramped if four people were to stay there for several days. There are no wardrobes for storing personal things.- This apartment is rented out by a company. Communication is impersonal. You receive quite a few (automated) emails, especially before arrival.- I was prompted via email three times to leave a 5-star review.

Fully nicely renovated apartment of 1939 on the second floor. You can park the car in the street in front of the apartment. No parking ticket needed.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, and it takes about 15 minutes by taxi to get to the city center. The place is small but very clean. The only small drawbacks were that there isn’t a washing machine and the bathroom is a bit compact. Otherwise, we were very happy with everything—highly recommended!

Wonderful host, comfortable lodging, and closer to the central city than you might expect thanks to the nearby bus stop which connects you to an excellent public transit system.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
