Most beautiful place I have ever visited through AirBnB in last years! Location was perfect - metro station in 25 meters in front of the building. Kitchen was really good - all appliances were presented. Beautiful balcony with soccer fields in front - become a football fan))) Recommend!

Fredrik's listing, part of the Guestit properties, is a very spacious, relatively new apartment, with a balcony overlooking football fields. It has all the conveniences of a service apartment including a well equipped kitchenette, washing/dryer etc. It is a great choice for visitors to Stockholm if you would like to be centrally located with the metro station entry/exit right next door, while being in a peaceful neighbourhood. Communication with Fredrik was seamless and prompt and having a digital lock and key made the entry/exit, late hour checkin/checkouts etc very convenient. Our only feedback to the management would be to pay closer attention to housekeeping before a new guest checks in; we found a used coffee filter in the Moccamaster and also some leftover laundry in the wardrobe. Overall, though, would give 5 stars and totally recommend the property.

New looking studio. Extremely clean and in great shape. Located next to a subway stop that made traveling to the city really easy and convenient. I would recommend.

New, quiet, and very pleasant, with a small terrace and an unobstructed view. Very comfortable bed.Well-equipped kitchen.The metro is right downstairs. Shops and restaurants nearby.We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily come back.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
