Le logement est bien pour le prix, une odeur dérangeante est présente dans la salle de bain et dans l'immeuble de façon générale, mais je ne pense pas qu'elle soit imputée au logement en particulier. J'ai du nettoyer quelques instruments de la cuisine avant de les utiliser.
L'entreprise qui gère le logement envoie des messages programmés de façon presque harcelante avec un rappel à l'ordre des règlements et des règles à respecter sous peine d'avoir des amandes qui rendent la notification Airbnb angoissantes tout le long du séjour.
Sans les messages nous aurions sans aucun doute passer un meilleur moment.

Die Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Bildern und wurde richtig beschrieben. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gelangt man sehr gut und schnell von der Zentralstation zur Wohnung und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung.
Die Wohnung war auch gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien und sauberer Bettwäsche wie auch Badetücher.
Die Kommunikation mit Olaf verlief Reibungslos und er hat immer sehr schnell, freundlich und Verständnisvoll geantwortet.

Logement dans un quartier résidentiel très calme de Stockholm ! Nous étions à environ 30 minutes de marche du centre historique. Sinon il y a une ligne de bus a 100 mètres et le métro à 5 minutes. L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais c'est suffisant pour 4 pour passer quelques jours dans cette très jolie ville. Olof a été très réactif concernant nos échanges.

Bon logement, le contact avec le gérant du Airbnb reste cependant à désirer. Pression constante concernant les règles du logement (inutile d’envoyer des dizaines de messages) et détecteur de niveau sonore excessif qui s’active au moindre repas et envoie des rappels à l’ordre constamment.

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
