Logement à recommander! Le logement est bien équipé, proche de la mer et d’une jolie vue, bien décoré, tout cela pour un prix plus que démocratique. On se sent chez soi. Parfait pour les étudiants/groupes voulant visiter Stockholm à petit prix tout en confort. La distance avec le centre ne pose pas de réel problème car le quartier est bien desservi en bus.

Ubicado en una isla muy tranquila, con muy buena comunicación con todo el centro de Estocolmo y con metro y tren a través de T Centralen.
Es una casa amplia, que nosotros ocupamos con 5 personas, pero tiene capacidad para 6.
Muy buena limpieza. Muy bien dotada para hacer muy cómoda la estancia. Habitaciones amplias y suficientes con suficientes armarios con huecos para dejar las pertenencias.
Dada la climatología, no necesitamos hacer uso de la calefacción.
El wc funcionó perfectamente, así como el cuarto de ducha.
Los estores de las ventanas pueden ocultar la luz exterior.
Única deficiencia, manchas en casi todos los colchones, tapadas por las sábanas que los cubren.
Correctos los edredones aunque en tiempo frío quizá se queden un poco escasos de abrigo.
Conectividad perfecta.
Nos fue imposible conectar la TV, quizá por impericia nuestra.
Gracias al anfitrión.
Es recomendable el alojamiento y por nuestra parte, deseando volver a ir.

Clean, good beds, excellent location but basic.
Noteworthy is that the apartment is rented out by an agency that uses AirBnb as a marketing channel. By this I mean:
1) Pictures and description are slightly... 'flattering'.
Ex. 1: bathroom consists of a 1.5 m2 toilet with a washbasin to brush your teeth (there is a separate shower but it has no washbasin).
Ex. 2: there is a dishwasher but is so small it 'd probably need 2 or 3 runs if you would cook a meal for 4
2) Communication is impersonal: auto-generated mails and e-forms ; if you have specific questions you are mostly redirected to a website (often in Swedish) ; not the practical, hands-on info you'd get from a private host.
Still, we had a very good time. Although basic and more outdated than the pictures suggest, it is clean, has good beds, is conveniently located and as such does offer value for money.
Practical tip for those coming by car: we left ours in the car park at Vällingby shopping center for 30 SK per day.

Leuk appartement en goede uitvalsbasis om Stockholm te ontdekken. we verbleven er twee nachten met onze kinderen en alles was naar wens.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
