Appartment is nice and spacious, takes a while to heat up. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood and Stockholm in general.
Can’t give 5 stars because of bureaucracy (don’t know if law-required, but too many questions and things to provide).

Overall, a good stay.
Positives:
•Location: Convenient for where I needed to be, but likely not ideal for tourists as getting into town requires a 20-30 minute bus ride.
•Space: Plenty of room for two people.
•Clean bedding: Appreciated this aspect.
Negatives:
•Security concern: The code to enter the apartment hadn’t been changed since our stay last year, meaning potentially over 100 people could still have access. A new code was only provided after I raised the issue. This company, “Guestit,” manages many apartments in Stockholm—always double-check that you’re given a unique code.
•Maintenance issues: The apartment feels a bit neglected. For example, the doorknob to the front bedroom came off, and some wooden floor fixtures remain loose, despite reporting these issues last year.
•Appliances: The freezer doesn’t close properly.
•Cleanliness: Some drawers were dirty.
•Bed quality: One bed is slanted because they’ve used random books as a makeshift bed leg.

Fredrick’s place is like a villa…
Technically one has to call it an apartment. It’s a on a corner of intersection but so quiet and peaceful. It has a maintained lawn outside, very near to it is kids football ⚽️ play park!
Grocery shop & restaurant is at a walking distance…
This place is away from city centre but the neighbourhood is quite affluent!

Les photos de l’appartement sont très flatteuses. En réalité, l’appartement et le mobilier sont assez vieux. Il n’y a pas de lavabo dans la salle de bain, mais juste un lavabo dans les toilettes, ce qui n’est pas très agréable pour se brosser les dents.
Nous avons demandé à laisser nos bagages quelques heures dans l’appartement après notre départ, ce service était facturé 600 SEK.

Logement à recommander! Le logement est bien équipé, proche de la mer et d’une jolie vue, bien décoré, tout cela pour un prix plus que démocratique. On se sent chez soi. Parfait pour les étudiants/groupes voulant visiter Stockholm à petit prix tout en confort. La distance avec le centre ne pose pas de réel problème car le quartier est bien desservi en bus.

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
