All in all a good place. The only problem is a rather complicated lock system that took a lot of back and forth, and the sometimes unhelpful chat bot that does the communication most of the time

Fint boende tråkigt nog vart de komplikationer med lakan då de ej fanns i lägenheten så de fick vi leta reda på och sätta på själv med hjälp av support. Lakanen låg på bottenvåningen så blev lite extra spring hit och dit. Sedan var det fläckar på golv inne på toan samt brunt i toaletten/toa ringen. Fläckar även på kuddar/täcken Detta kompenserades med sen utcheckning men nyckeln slutade funka vid 10 vilket gjorde att vi fick skjuta upp att åka hem och kunde inte gå ut och äta förens vid 14/15 tiden då vi ej kunde lämna lägenheten ifall vi ej kom in igen. Utöver allt strul var boendet bra. Nära backen och fint men lite väl dyrt speciellt med sån hög städavgift när lägenheten inte var städad.

Bra läge, nära till bergsbanan och Tottliften. Såg ut som på bilderna och vistelsen var helt enligt förväntningarna. Rekommenderas!

located on top of a hill, which makes it kinda exhausting to visit the centrum often. But if wanting to focus on slopes, the location is perfect. Very easy access to closest ski lift, just go to 4th floor and walk outside to the bridge which leads you to closest ski lift in just a minute. Perfect ski in / ski out. Would totally recommend. Also recommending to take a taxi on a first day with all the ski bags from in front of the train station. Will save you from a lot of sweating not climbing the hill with all the stuff. the ride will cost about 130 kronor (totally worth it). other option is to buy the ski card right away and taking the funiculur (which needs the card) for just one stop, which is really near to the apartment.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
