Le logement est super, très bien agencé, facile d’accès. J’ai passé un très bon week-end. juste le petit bémol, il manquait juste de quoi nettoyer le sol, balai ou aspirateur pour laisser le logement intacte mais sinon rien à dire sur le logement. Hôte très réactif ,je recommande très fortement.🙂

I loved my weeklong stay here! Everything seems brand new and very well thought out. The little kitchen had everything I needed for breakfast and any other meals that I decided to eat in. I stayed in one of the rooms with not so much of a view, but I loved being surrounded by the wall of the “ruin”. There are two bus routes close by – one right down the block and another just a few minutes away. The number 80 ferry is just down the hill, and one stop away on it is the Vasa ship museum, the Nordisk Museet, and many other things visitors will be interested in. Getting to the ferry does require going down several flights of outside stairs, so not good for arriving or departing if you have much luggage! I didn’t see a nearby grocery, but that didn’t matter, as at the end of my day I would get a few groceries in the city before heading back. There is a hotel, Elite Hotel Marina, by the 80 ferry, just in case you want a place close by for a meal.

I had a wonderful stay in Nacka! Andreas was a responsive and helpful host, providing clear directions for arrival and instructions for cleaning. The apartment was beautiful—spotlessly clean with a charming historic exterior and modern, comfortable interiors. The location was peaceful, with easy access to the water ferry and bus stops, and even walkable to Stockholm if you're up for it. While the immediate area is quiet with limited stores or restaurants, it’s perfect for those seeking a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
