I read reviews from past guests about the host requiring guests to provide a security deposit and sign additional terms. I had reservations about booking this unit, but the terms were merely house rules and I wasn’t asked to pay a separate security deposit. Overall, check in was smooth besides this early concern.
The host rents out multiple units in this building. If you want a view of the water, you should ask in advance. I was expecting a water view but instead we were looking into the trees. Each floor has two units facing the hill and four facing the water.
The unit was beautiful and in a convenient location. The kitchen was equipped with utensils, frying pan. knives, sauce pot, cutting board, plates, glasses, and stove.

Nice apt building near the ferry station Saltsjökvarn, easy and fast way to Östermalm and Djurgården. The apartment is little, but you find everything you need. We were a family of 4 so it was quite cosy and not to much privacy, but sufficient for a short trip to visit family in Stockholm. Great price for Stockholm especially in summer.
Had some problems with the check-in, because the AirBnB App didn't show the message with the check-in information, Andreas responded quickly and resend me everything.
The lock on the door of the flat itself is a little hard to use sometimes, because it sometimes didn't react. Stay calm and wait a little before trying to reenter the numbers!

The apartment is closed to the SL station. It takes approximately 30 minutes to commute to the central of the city. The unit is clean and well organized. The unit is bit hot during the summer time.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
